At Running Supplies Store, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

• Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
• Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process. Please review our policy below:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
• In its original packaging, including all tags and labels.
• Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Running Insoles
• Running Bras
• Running Socks

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to return or exchange an item:

2. Include the following information in your email:
   • Subject: Return/Exchange Request

     Item(s) to Return/Exchange: [Insert Item Name(s)]

3. Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item(s) and include the original invoice or a copy of it.
4. Ship the package to the following address:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once we receive the returned product. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
