Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

- In its original packaging, including all tags and labels.
- Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once we receive the returned product. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
